We accept returns within 14 days from the date your order was received. All returns and exchanges must be presented with the original receipt and within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

Important notes:

  • Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, unwashed with the hygienic liner intact (where applicable).
  • Returns must be received with original accessories or accompanying items, including authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags.
  • Returns received with signs of use (ie: makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains) will be subject to refusal. Merchandise may not be accepted and your credit may be forfeited if tags are missing or garments are damaged, soiled or altered.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box may make the shoes ineligible for return.
  • Returns refused will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.

Final Sale Items

Final sale items include:

  • Made to order items
  • Customized items
  • Special orders (other)
  • Jewelry
  • Cosmetics
  • Lingerie
  • Swimwear

Final sale items may not be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.

The cost of a return is payable by the customer and it won’t reimburse. Don’t forget to obtain and keep your postage receipt until you have been fully refunded, in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.
